Ad Review Process Explained
Facebook system primarily uses automation to check ads against our Advertising Standards, with human reviewers aiding in system improvement and handling some manual reviews. Ads aren’t always reviewed for all policies before running but can be re-reviewed anytime.
We continuously enhance our enforcement methods, considering factors like an advertiser’s past compliance. The review includes evaluating an ad’s content, like images and text, and its destination link. Ads are either approved or rejected based on this review.

How long does the ad review process take?
Most ads are reviewed within 24 hours, although in some cases, it may take longer. Remember that ads can be re-reviewed, even after they are active. If you want your ad to start running on a specific day or time in the future, you can schedule it.
After you submit your ad, it will go through the ad review process but won’t start delivering until your scheduled start date
